Did you know that Hispanic Heritage Month begins on September 15th because it marks the anniversary of independence for five Latin American countries—Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua?
Did you know that approximately 53 million individuals of Hispanic ancestry live in the United States today? There are many scientists, musicians, writers, politicians, celebrities, and other notable figures that are featured in posters around Rocky Run in celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month.
Did you know that Spanish is the second most spoken language in the United States? ¡Qué guay!
